La crescente urbanizzazione ha fatto si che la Natura fosse circoscritta nel tempo, in spazi sempre più piccoli,dove flora e fauna condividono sempre più un'area che li costringe e dedica a loro zone ben definite, come parchi, aiuole, giardini, dando invece ampio raggio all'edilizia di cui l'uomo ha sempre più bisogno.
E se un giorno la vegetazione iniziasse a riprendersi gli spazi che le abbiamo rubato? Dove ora c'è il centro commerciale, un tempo vi era il bosco. Dove prima vi era la pineta, ora c'è un nuovo centro abitato. L'installazione "florescenza" é un'invasione di piante in un ambiente urbano, domestico, casalingo, pubblico. La flora entra negli spazi abitativi, fiorendo dalle pareti come muffa, dando luogo ad un'estetica dove l'uomo riconosce atteggiamenti spontanei, naturali, familiari, quindi antropomorfi. Nella natura vi sono quei caratteri giusti, ed universali, che riconosciamo come autentici e puri, a cui sentiamo di appartenere, ma da cui siamo ora molto lontani.

Growing urbanization has meant that nature was limited in time, in ever smaller spaces, where flora and fauna share more and more an area that forces them and their dedication to well-defined areas such as parks, lawns, gardens, but giving broad construction of which man has ever needed.
And if one day the vegetation began to recover the space that we have stolen? Where there is now a shopping center, once there was the forest. Where before there was a pine forest, now there's a new town. The installation "fluorescence" is an invasion of plants in an urban environment, home, homemade, public. Flora enters the living spaces, flourishing from the walls as a mold, giving rise to an aesthetic attitudes which human beings recognize spontaneous, natural, familiar, so anthropomorphic. In nature there are right those characters, and universal, that we recognize as true and pure, that we feel we belong, but from where we are now very far.
